Clouded Pear Vodka |
Remember my previous
Pear Vodka Post? On November 5th I was able to unveil for few friends at home. I churned it up in my POP container (which by the way, worked fabulously) and strained it twice. Once through a normal strainer and again through a fine mesh tea strainer. I made it with lime and tonic water and it was very satisfying.
These skewers are always delightful! Cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls on a skewer drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and some good quality salt. I put these in little ceramic containers and let them just soak in the vinaigrette. Mmmmmmm.
